Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The item does not fit (size issue)
You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Fees
- If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return/exchange is due to a size issue, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 5 days at northmansole@gmail.com or reach out to us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the issue (if damaged). Once your request is approved, we'll share instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or personal care items. Custom or personalized orders are also non-returnable, unless damaged or defective on arrival.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund or exchange is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank to post the refund.
